Welcome to Honey's Consignments & More! By consigning with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Definition of Consignment
   Consignment is a service where Honey's Consignments & More agrees to display and sell items on behalf of the consignor (you). Ownership of the items remains with the consignor until sold.
   
   
2. Item Acceptance
   Condition: We accept clean, gently used, or new items free of stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear.
   Approval: Items are accepted at the discretion of Honey's Consignments & More. Unsuitable items may be donated or returned to the consignor, depending on the consignor's preference.
   Brands and Styles: We specialize in [list examples, e.g., "designer and contemporary women's fashion"]. Items must align with our store's aesthetic and current demand.
   
   
3. Pricing and Discounts
   Pricing: Honey's Consignments & More sets the initial selling price based on market trends, condition, and demand.
   Discounts: Items may be marked down at Honey's Consignments & More discretion after 30 days to encourage sales.
   
   
4. Consignment Period
   Items will remain on consignment for 90 days.
   Unsold items must be retrieved by the consignor within 7 days after the consignment period ends. Items not retrieved will become the property of Honey's Consignments & More or donated.
   
   
5. Payouts
   Split: The consignor receives 50% of the final sale price. Honey's Consignments & More retains the remaining 50%.
   Payment Schedule: Payments are issued on a monthly basis via Check or Zelle.
   Unsold Items: No payment will be issued for unsold items.
   
   
6. Shipping Timeframe for Purchasers
   The final customer who purchases a product from Honey's Consignments & More must allow a timeframe of 5 to 8 business days for the shipping of the product. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
   
   
7. Loss or Damage
   Honey's Consignments & More is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to consigned items due to fire, flood, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
   
8. Termination of Agreement
   Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.
   Upon termination, consignors must retrieve their items within 7 days. Items not retrieved will be handled as outlined in Section 4.
   
   
9. Taxes
   The consignor is responsible for reporting any income earned from consigned items to the appropriate tax authorities. Honey's Consignments & More will not provide tax documentation beyond a record of sales.
   
   
10. California Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County.
    
    
11. Agreement
    By consigning items with Honey's Consignments & More, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. A signed copy of this agreement will be provided to the consignor upon request.
